Terms of Service

By submitting predictions to the ORA Pool 2026, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an entry.

• The ORA Pool 2026 is a free, promotional prediction contest related to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
• It is purely illustrative — no money, cryptocurrency, tokens, or anything of monetary value is wagered.
• The pool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football association, or any official World Cup partner.
• Tournament references (“World Cup,” “2026 tournament,” etc.) are used for identification purposes only.

• Open to participants 18 years of age or older.
• Employees and immediate family members of Fortune International Group, Casa Tua, and their respective affiliates are eligible to participate but are not eligible to receive prizes.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• One entry per person. Duplicate submissions (same email address or attempts to circumvent the unique-email constraint) will be disqualified.

• Submit the form at /predictions before the registration deadline: June 10, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
• Provide truthful, accurate information.
• All six (6) predictions must be completed.
• Once submitted, entries are locked and cannot be edited.

• Winners are determined by the points system described on the site.
• In the event of a tie in total points, the “Total tournament goals” prediction serves as the tiebreaker — closest to the actual figure without going over. If a tie remains, winners are selected by random drawing.
• Final results will be announced after the World Cup final on July 19, 2026.
• Winners will be contacted via the email and phone provided at signup.

• Prizes described on the landing page are offered as a courtesy by Thiago Costa and ORA by Casa Tua.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of winner notification, or they are forfeited.
• Availability is subject to Casa Tua venue schedules and reservation confirmation.
• Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

• No fraudulent entries — fake names, disposable email addresses, automated submissions, or similar conduct.
• No attempts to hack, disrupt, or otherwise misuse the platform.
• Participants found in violation may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizer.

• The pool is provided “as is,” without warranties.
• The organizer is not liable for technical errors, submissions lost due to user error, or any damages arising from participation.
• Maximum liability under any claim is limited to the value of the prize the claimant would have received.

• All site content, copy, and design are the property of Fortune International Group, ORA by Casa Tua, and Thiago Costa.
• “ORA by Casa Tua,” “Casa Tua,” and related names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to participants.
• In the event of material changes before the tournament begins, participants will be notified by email and given the option to withdraw.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
• Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
